addition to our already stellar lineup. If you’re first thought is “Wait, Boy
George has a British accent, not an upstate New York accent,” it’s not this
Cultr Club.
You think we have the money for that? Writing preview posts about Sea Snake Vs. isn't as lucrative as you'd think. Anyways, back to Cultr Club. Want to hear some Hot Chip? Yeah they got it. How about some STRFKR? Yeah, probably. Want to hear Quad City DJs “The Train?” I don’t know if that’s in their repertoire, but it’s worth asking. Saturday night we will only get half of the tag team due to Dan of Cultr Club being in Joywave and having an opening gig for Bear Hands in Brooklyn, but we will still be serenaded by Buddy Budinski’s electro pop must-haves. Cultr Club goes on around 9:30 and intermittently between sets. Oh yeah, and we’re not doing that whole “we say 9:30 but we really mean 11” thing. Five bucks. C U THERE.
