Tonight at last, indie sensation Purity Ring returns for Buffalo for a hotly anticipated show at the Town Ballroom presented by Buffalo.com. It's been a whirlwind year for Purity Ring since getting signed to 4AD Records and the release of their 2012 debut album, Shrines, with the Montreal duo achieving a precarious level of international buzz worthiness that's sure to bite them on the ass eventually (because that's how it works); in the meantime however all is well and Buffalo gets to see how far they've come since their Mohawk Place debut. Fellow Montrealers Blue Hawaii open the show, tickets are $17, and amazingly they're still available. Doors open at 7 PM. See you there.
