Just Announced: Majical Cloudz

September is a bittersweet time with summer slowly giving way to fall*, which, in turn, gives way to winter. A certain crisp chill enters the air, the days are shortening and it is generally a good time for a melancholic or wistful disposition (I am currently planning a new series of pensive sighs which I will debut at coffee shops, book and record stores around town). Sensing our need for a soundtrack to compliment this atmosphere**, Majical Cloudz will be performing at The Tralf. Touring in support of their excellent debut, Impersonator, collaborators Devon Welsh and Matthew Otto will make a stop in Buffalo adding to an already impressive schedule of fall concerts on September 16. Presale tickets, which are $11, are currently available through Ticketmaster, the Tralf Box Office, or at Spiral Scratch Records. These tickets will be $13 on the day of the show.

*I wanted to take a moment to note that you should never really trust anyone who says summer isn't their favorite season. Enough of this fall nonsense, you know what fall leads to? Winter! Come on people. Sorry, really needed to get that off my chest.
**I have no evidence to suggest they are doing this for the benefit of needing an appropriate soundtrack for the season's change. But, I mean, right?
