mac,
new music,
zealot

That late 90's sound is alive and well in Buffalo. Joining long time stalwarts Wooden Waves and Failures' Union and new acts like Del Paxton and Mapmaker is three piece post-punk act Zealot. The band just came into the social media world a couple weeks ago, so not much is know outside of the solid, fuzzed out single "Magic Eye," which was just released yesterday. The shouty track is reminiscent of fellow bare bones rock acts like Japandroids and No Age, and even fans of long time fuzz rockers Super Chunk and Sonic Youth could get down to it. You can download "Magic Eye" below.
