Buffalo indie pop trio the Tins have just released the official music video to "Vicki", the first single off their debut full length album Life's a Gas.  The video finds each of the band members violently dispatched by a party going killer, but lucky for us, they rose from the dead to continue rockin as zombie Tins.  First The Walking Dead, then that crazy guy down in Florida, and now the Tins.  Zombies are so hot right now!  Anyways, speaking of the album, Life's a Gas was funded by a very successful KickStarter campaign and produced by Joe Blaney, who has worked with Modest Mouse, Prince, and the Ramones.  After celebrating their album release show earlier this month, the band has set the official release date of their album for July 2nd.

In the mean time, the band is staying busy playing live.  They will be featured at the I Blame Yoko(record label to Buffalo's Son of the Sun) Party Showcase at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto on Thursday, June 14th, an official party of the North X North East Music Festival, and just two days later the buffaBLOG Beach Party at Sunset Bay Beach Club on Saturday, June 16th.
