American singer-songwriter Jackson Browne was supposed to stop by Shea's Performing Arts Center tonight, but according to Jackson's website, the rocker has an unidentified illness and is under doctor's orders to stay in bed. The social and political, rock n' roll hall of fame musician, has sold over 17 million records and was probably a staple in your father's LP collection. Famous for songs like 'Somebody's Baby', 'Running on Empty', 'Doctor My Eyes' as well as co-writing the Eagle's song 'Take it Easy', Browne's career has spanned four decades and is still going strong. Tickets will be refunded at the place of purchase and efforts are already underway to reschedule.

I doesn't appear that efforts to reschedule have been too strenuous. His new 42 city tour starts March 1, and Buffalo's nowhere on it. He'll play in Toronto and Hamilton on Apr 5-6. Coincidntally, David Lindley will be at the Tralf the week before that.
