Kings of Leon US Tour Cancelled

Grammy winning recording artists King of Leon have officially cancelled the remainder of their US tour last night. According to the band, frontman Caleb Followill is suffering from some vocal strain and exhaustion. Followill left the stage mid-set in Dallas a few nights ago, reportedly, because of the unbearable heat. However, bassist Jared Followill sent a few tweets following the incident, which leads one to believe there may be more going on behind the scenes of the indie rock champs. According to the CBC, Jared tweeted that the band had "internal problems & sickness" and that he was "utterly depressed" that his brother walked off stage. He promptly sent about 3 tweets to try and smooth over the media frenzy that was no doubt created by his words. Nonetheless, they at least will be taking a break until September's Canadian tour, which means their show at Darien Lake Aug. 16th has also gotten the axe.
