One of hip hop's most inventive and prolific producers, Madlib, is releasing the final installment of his 12-part Madlib Medicine Show mixtape series on Tuesday, and two tracks from the tape are below. The series has included many different musical genres, and we'd expect nothing less from Madlib, but this final one goes back to what he's best at: making beats. The entire tape will be dedicated to remixes. Below, Madlib gives verses from Inspectah Deck and Raekwon the old-school Wu-Tang treatment, and he treats an AZ vocal to some bouncy soul, reminding everyone why his beatmaking style is so versatile and original. These mixtapes are great to keep his rabid fan base satisfied for now, but now that he's at the end of the Medicine Show series, he'll have to answer the ever-present question: When is the next Madvillain disc coming out?
