Tonight the Buffalo born, Bushwick-based hip hop ensemble We Stole the Show returns to Buffalo's hip hop dugout, Broadway Joe's. Comprised of beatmaking emcees Rhyson Hall (the new clean cut Rhyson Hall) and Gr& Phee (pronounced grand-fee, if you aren't savvy), the twosome made quite a name for themselves in B-Lo, rhyming with the likes of the Pseudo-Intellectuals, and playing alongside full bands like B.W.T., or Rhyson's other project the Heist. After relocating to Queens a few years back, and then eventually Bushwick, the duo has been working fastidiously at their craft, and been bringing the growing Buffalo hip hop scene good PR. Their website has started to become an all-inclusive, interactive piece of online hip hop culture, and they will be welcomed home with open arms. Opening up for them will be 7-piece Dallas natives Lucky 7, Stevie Johnson supporters G5-Gi, Choesn 1SS, and Rabbi Darkside. Like most Buffalo hip hop shows, this will be a late joint, kickin' off at 11pm at Broadway Joe's. Tickets are $10 in advance, and are available here.
