He misses the sound of your voice and the rush of your skin. Matt Nathanson is in town tonight for a sure-to-be excellent show at the Town Ballroom and you should be there. The Boston native & San Francisco transplant is best known for his platinum-selling song "Come On Get Higher" from the Some Mad Hope album. Nathanson's folk/rock sound has left a big presence on the acoustic musical world as of late. Having been in business for close to 20 years, he is embarking on what may be his most successful few years yet. Nathanson's latest album, Modern Love, was released this past June and the first single "Faster" is on track to be a huge hit. There is no denying that the man can do anything with a guitar. Lucky for us, Nathanson will be joined at the Town Ballroom by Vanessa Carlton, who will be opening the show. Her biggest hits, "Ordinary Day" and "A Thousand Miles" gave this Grammy nominated artist her star status for life. This is not an opening act to miss. Doors are at 7pm and tickets are $18.
