I love Sigur Ros, therefore, I love Sigur Ros' whimsical, fairy like front man Jonsi. He put out a solo album a couple years ago called Go which focused more on the poppy side of the Icelandic artist. The recently released film We Bought a Zoo was scored by Jonsi, featuring mostly snippets of formally released Sigur Ros and solo Jonsi songs as well as some new, original pieces of music. Written with director Camerson Crowe, Jonsi recorded a new track for the film, titled "Gathering Stories", and we have provided the video. Captured in beautiful animation, the video follows a hermit/sherpa through various terrains while accompanied by animals. Do I know what it all means? Of course not. Is it a beautiful video? Yes.
