July certainly begins with a bang for music lovers, and that's not even counting this week's fireworks.  Ugh, that sounds even worse than it did in my head, but seriously, after the 4th of July holiday nicely breaks up the work week on Wednesday, the month really gets rolling.  If you like your indie/alt rock, then how about this 10 day stretch of Sleigh Bells, Youth Lagoon, Father John Misty, Feist, and Andrew Bird. Alright I guess you can include Weezer in there, but I certainly won't be seeing them. Anyways, we are still in Buffalo right?  Since when do we have a stretch of shows that strong?  Also, if we ever want to see some form of another Bidwell Indie 500 show from Steak & Cake, the fundraising begins this month at label founder/runner Brandon Schlia's back yard.  Later this month, the blog returns to the roof top of the Broadway Market for our 2nd installment on our rooftop extravaganza as part of the Infringement Festival.  Now I may be bias, but this is still the best venue for infringing so make sure to check it out.
