Ever wondered what Modest Mouse would sound like if they were given a house beat? No? Yeah, neither did I until I came across this gem from DJ/Producer Landis. Landis has taken "Float On" and like some sort of magician, has transformed this song in to a dance party. Of course "Float On" has already been considered one of Modest Mouse's more poppy tunes, but there is no question that this track doesn't have replay credibility and still has everyone's head bobbing the second they hear the first few notes. This dance remix from Landis only furthers the strength of this song with its contagious drum beat and incredible deep house synth.
