My choice for album of the week isn't really an album. Sorry to disappoint but I am going to tell you where you can get 101 FREE SONGS!!! yayyyy! One of my favorite music blogs to read everyday is Pretty Much Amazing and they recently published a post that includes download links to 101 songs of bands at South By Southwest. If you are unfamiliar, South by Southwest is a music, film and interactive festival in Austin, Texas this week. All the newest bands including a few of our very own local bands travel to Austin to perform for some of the biggest music lovers and supporters around.  So instead of an album this week, I'll be listening to all the free tracks that PMA is providing (click here to download). Its a giant mix tape of the whos who in the indie music world including great bands like White Rabbits, Alabama Shakes, The Shins, and Purity Ring. It really doesn't get any better than free music.
