Buffalo-based emcee, Dr. Ooo, debuted his single today, “Windstar,” off his upcoming, yet–to-be-named mixtape. The single was produced by California’s Phedee and recorded in Buffalo’s EVC Headquarters. This fresh-faced rapper is also the front man to one of Allentown’s regulars, Kinda Like Dreaming. Fans of Earl Sweatshirt, Atmosphere, or Tyler the Creator would dig Dr. Ooo’s quirky, catchy, and clever rhymes devoted to his out of commission minivan. Check out the video below.
